I'll carefully read your novel or non-fiction work and give you an evaluation by phone call, e-mail or U.S. mail, your preference. Call or e-mail me for rates.

I'll evaluate its merits for the current market and give you tips to shape it up for submission. I'll also tell you where you can sell it, and make suggestions for agents who I feel are right for you.

If I feel it needs a lot of work to become publishable, I'll tell you what needs to be done.

FULL CRITIQUE

If there's a lot to tell you that will take a lot of work for me, I'll charge more.

My "Work-over" involves long talks with you, a much longer letter and some sample "editing" and "re-writing" to show you what needs to be done. My "Work-Over" is like an education, derived from over thirty years in the Publishing School of Hard Knocks. Takes one to two months.

MANUSCRIPT EDITING

Just need some professional editing to shape up your manuscript? I charge $35.00 to $45.00 per thousand words, minimum $2500. Takes one to two months.

MARKETING

Need help getting your manuscript to an agent or publisher. You'll need a proposal -- and a plan. I charge $750 for this service.

COMPLETE REWRITE

Got a rough draft that needs work only a pro can do? I charge $10,000 and up for this. Takes four to five months

GHOSTWRITING

Got an idea, but no book? For $15,000 (or more) you'll get a book. Marketing help free. This takes four to six months.
